Assemble payload systems including avionics harnessing, click bond applications, and separation systems according to written procedures, engineering drawings, and models. Apply various types of RTV and epoxy bonding while setting up new production work areas with tooling and equipment. Operate precision calibrated tools like torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser trackers, height gauges, and optical instruments.
Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, aerial lifts, and flight vehicle transportation gear. Work closely with teams in clean room operations and from heights, following a clean-as-you-go model. Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for area safety and efficiency on 2nd shift hours.
Assist with transition from development to production, including first articles. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct malfunctions through modification, rework, repair, and maintenance. Ability to work off-shift, extended overtime, and weekends supports fulfilling the mission and vision.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 7+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or another relevant field
- Experience in instrumentation and electrical harness routing, general Aerospace/Launch vehicle assembly
- Interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions and test procedures
- Work collaboratively with teams of diverse skills, disciplines, and backgrounds
- Communicate clearly and appropriately, in writing and in person
- Basic computer skills such as Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Climb ladders/stairs and work in small, restricted areas; perform repetitive work, including lifting of items up to 50lbs; U.S. citizen or national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as refugee or asylee
