The Aerospace Electronics Assembly Technician assembles, inspects, and tests high-reliability electronic and electro-mechanical hardware for advanced space and defense systems. Working from engineering documentation and technical standards, this role performs precision assembly tasks including cable and harness fabrication and soldering. Trident Systems Space Electronic Systems division combines expertise in space electronics with rigorous engineering principles to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Daily work involves assembling electro-mechanical products according to engineering instructions and technical manuals while following written processes in a standard and repeatable manner. The technician performs wiring harness and cable assembly with continuity checks and applies standards such as J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620. Attention to detail ensures all manufactured hardware complies with quality and workmanship requirements.

The position operates within a collaborative manufacturing environment supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, and Civil space customers. Trident develops complex, radiation effects mitigated designs that balance competing requirements in modern space programs.
