Reflect Orbital

Hawthorne, US · Internship · $50,000 – $75,000

About this role

At Reflect Orbital, you will move fast, take a lot of ownership, and effect change. Interns receive as much responsibility as full-time team members, directly contributing to the success of our flying constellation. Talent is talent regardless of experience if you seek to solve hard problems and advance humanity.

You will own the design, development, analysis, manufacturing, and testing of novel spacecraft components. Build complete tools and testing setups, emphasizing fully completing and shipping your work. Prototype and iterate rapidly on avionics systems.

Ideal candidates face challenges with no known solution as hands-on individual contributors. Commit to a minimum of 12 weeks in-person at our Hawthorne office. We encourage motivated candidates to apply regardless of meeting specific requirements.

Be capable of scrappy solutions yet build and ship complex high-quality solutions when needed. Work highly independently but know when to seek experience. Even if you don’t meet 100% qualifications, we prioritize exceptional individuals with unusual backgrounds.
