The SAS Flight Factory is an elite team providing precision aerospace manufacturing for mission-critical programs. As an Aerospace Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in significantly impacting the company and industry. Ensure a quality product through robust assembly, test operations, and deburr tasks. Support aerospace customers' hardware needs with wiring assembly, mechanical assembly, and deburr skills. Work in a hands-on, fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of a successful team.
Report directly to the Assembly/Deburr Supervisor while maintaining an environment of trust, accountability, and teamwork. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effectively communicate with Management, Engineering, and Operators.

Requirements
- 2+ years of applicable experience
- Understanding of principles, concepts, and methods of harness assembly, mechanical assembly, deburr, and testing operations in aerospace environment
- Proficient in using standard inspection equipment - calipers, micrometers, pin gages, height gages
- Ability to consistently execute assembly and deburr processes while maintaining 5S standards
- Installation of hardware such as helicoils, rivets, bushings
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Maintains an environment of trust, accountability, and teamwork
- Ability to effectively communicate with Management, Engineering, and Operators
