Technicians assemble electro-mechanical devices and perform calibration along with thermal compensation. They conduct final acceptance testing by operating test stands and recording precise values. Quality records are maintained throughout the process to verify compliance.

Work follows detailed blueprints, work instructions, and customer requirements in a specialized manufacturing setting. Specialized test equipment and tooling are used daily to support production. The position suits those with assembly or testing backgrounds in technical fields.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR regulations
Ability to work using a microscope
Basic knowledge of quality standards
Basic knowledge of written instructions, visual aids, sketches, and blueprints
Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude
Basic computer skills including Excel and Word

Responsibilities

Assemble, test, calibrate, and thermally compensate electro-mechanical devices
