About this role
Airbus Operations seeks a Working Student within Mechanical Systems Installation (MSI) Airframe Engineering to support A350 activities. Full-time students looking for approx. 18 hours a week are invited to apply and get to know MSI tasks. This fixed-term position lasts 12 months starting 01.03.2026 in Hamburg.
Support MSI lead-engineers on transnational workpackages including data analysis, planning activities, stakeholder follow-up for action closure, and creating presentations. Provide administrative and planning support through KPI data collection, status-reporting, and preparing internal communications. Aid cross-departmental coordination across transnational teams and external suppliers while contributing to R&T projects.
Work at the largest civil aircraft production site in Hamburg Finkenwerder, with ferry commute options from university. Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a relevant engineering field
- Good level in English
- Strong analytical skills
- Interest in mechanical systems installation and airframe engineering
- Enrollment at a university or higher education institution
Responsibilities
- Support A350 MSI lead-engineers on transnational workpackages with data analysis, planning-activities, follow up with stakeholders for action-closure, creating presentations
