About this role

Clue Technologies is hiring an RTCA DO-178B/C V&V Engineer responsible for planning and executing subsystem and system verification testing. The role includes generating test plans, procedures, and reports while conducting verification by design review, analysis, and system-level functional testing.

Daily work covers helping with environmental and EMC testing at Clue labs and offsite facilities. The engineer collects test-means requirements, challenges solutions with stakeholders, and settles the overall verification and validation strategy for each project.

Engineers collaborate with SYS, SW, HW, and FW architects to maintain consistency across safety-critical avionics programs. The environment emphasizes excellence, efficiency, creative ideas, and continuous learning while meeting deadlines on R&D projects with global aerospace players.

Team members refine processes in their area of expertise and support certification by producing Systems Engineering artifacts throughout the full product lifecycle from requirements validation to delivery.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electronics, Aerospace, Telecommunications, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in software verification and validation under RTCA DO-178B/C standards.
  • Proven experience working with safety-critical software targeting at least Design Assurance Level (DAL) C.
  • Specific knowledge in system engineering (INCOSE, V&V, Configuration, Process Assurance).
  • Knowledge of office automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in written and oral English.

Responsibilities

  • Refine processes and procedures for your area of expertise.
  • Participate in the full lifecycle from requirements validation through verification, certification, and delivery.
  • Collect test-means requirements and agree on the system verification and validation strategy with stakeholders.
  • Create verification plans, test procedures, and reports.
  • Lead verification campaign activities on projects under development according to customer requirements.
  • Support other teams in EMC and environmental investigations and issue resolution during tests.
  • Support certification efforts by generating Systems Engineering artifacts throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with SYS, SW, HW, and FW architects to ensure consistency and technical excellence.
