Lexington, US · Full-time · $146,000 – $194,000

About this role

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology like Lattice OS. The Test and Analysis team ensures products withstand harsh air, land, sea, and space environments through requirements analysis and testing. We seek a Senior Thermal Analyst to own thermal design across hardware programs in Lexington, MA.

You will execute first-order assessments to guide preliminary designs and develop detailed CFD and FEM models to predict heat transfer and mature prototypes. Responsibilities include test-model correlation and supporting validation tests with environmental engineers. This role applies first principles to discern analysis depth based on design state and program goals.

The team supports multi-disciplinary product teams across the full lifecycle, from conceptualization to production. Efforts fuse analytical modeling like STOP analysis with qualification tests to enhance product robustness. Close collaboration occurs with design, test, and manufacturing teams for rapid solutions.

Ideal candidates are passionate about validated models for cutting-edge systems prototyping. Stay current with thermal techniques, materials, and standards while preparing reports for teams and customers. Join a rapidly growing team delivering critical capabilities to military allies efficiently.
