About this role

Anduril Industries transforms U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system. We are hiring V&V Systems Engineers to support production of a Group 5 autonomous aircraft. This role demonstrates hardware meets system-level requirements and technical performance metrics before fielding.

The systems engineering team seeks engineers for hardware verification across the full product lifecycle, from design verification testing through environmental qualification, production acceptance, and ground and flight test. Verification activities must be planned, executed, and documented per the program Systems Engineering Management Plan. This ensures all hardware aligns with requirements.

Engineers work within a defense-focused team bringing autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking to military systems rapidly. The role spans design verification testing to flight test execution. It integrates cutting-edge technology into regulated aerospace environments.

Join Anduril to change how military systems are designed, built, and sold using 21st-century innovation. Contribute to strategic competition-era defense by accelerating hardware qualification. Advance from component verification to system-level acceptance.
