Hazelwood, US · Full-time · $112,200 – $151,800

About this role

Boeing seeks an Aerodynamic Stability & Control Engineer to support BDS programs. The role includes leadership and execution in aerodynamic design, stability and control analysis, database development, air data systems, wind tunnel testing, and flight testing.

Daily tasks involve wind tunnel test planning, execution, data analysis, and documentation. Develop aerodynamic databases from wind tunnel, CFD, and flight test data, then integrate into 6-DOF simulation tools.

Conduct air data system modeling and flight test planning with data analysis. Perform Uncertainty Quantification on data from wind tunnel, flight tests, CFD, and empirical codes within a Digital Engineering architecture.

Join a team advancing fixed-wing aircraft programs through precise aerodynamic analysis. Contribute to company standards in flight vehicle components, fostering innovation in stability and control.
