About this role

Boeing Brazil is seeking a Mid-Career Airplane Systems Integration Engineer (TPIM) for the São José dos Campos office. This role joins the 777X team as a Systems Engineer supporting the Technical Program Integration Manager (TPIM) team. The position focuses on systems integration for airplane certification processes.

Prepare, review, and produce verification artifacts and evidence required for DAR entrance criteria. Assist aircraft system teams in completing verification activities that align with program milestones. Consolidate guidance, standard templates, and lessons learned for consistent DA process application across teams.

Attend relevant meetings, events, and process discussions to capture decisions, document agreements, and close knowledge gaps. Ensure communications on process changes are issued and distributed effectively. Support mentoring and training to enhance team competency in DA processes and verification strategies.

This hybrid position requires some onsite work at the listed location, at the hiring team’s discretion. Contribute to evaluating activity priorities for product certification goals. Opportunity to work within Boeing's global aerospace environment on the 777X program.

Requirements

Existing rights to work in Brazil
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (CREA)
Experience in any airplane systems
Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language
Familiarity with product assurance, certification/regulatory requirements and system integration process
Experience using requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS), and configuration management systems
Desired knowledge in SAE ARP 4754 and ARP 4761

Responsibilities
