About this role
New position for a MRB Engineer has arisen within Airbus in Cadiz. You will join the 1AT Plant Engineering Team (1ATR), in charge of providing support to Airbus Defence & Space programs (A400M, A320 NEO, Falcon 10X) to all the components in the site. Integrated in Airbus commercial airframe engineering as part of the Plant Engineering Team.
Your main tasks include managing non-conformities and concessions on components under IATR responsibility. You will propose new ideas for continuous improvement and support structural assembly activities. Analyze root causes to improve design and contribute to aircraft maturity and reduction of recurring cost.
Work in a multifunctional team sharing experience with Airbus commercial colleagues. Possibility to work in commercial programs. Strong stakeholder management in a multicultural environment.

Requirements
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related discipline
- Previous experience in structural a/c design or MRB
- Stress skills to ensure quick transition to portfolio of signature rights
- Knowledge of the concession process and SAP
- Experience in repair, maintenance and related document (SRM, AMM, IPC…)
- Solutions and customer focussed with a proactive approach and open mind
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a multifunctional team
- Negotiation level of English; Spanish would be an asset
