The Technical Sales Engineer identifies and pursues new business opportunities within the aerospace industry assembly. This role develops and maintains relationships with key clients and industry partners. It also involves preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Manage new opportunities from beginning through implementation, providing technical support and expertise to clients. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to design, deliver, and manage training programs
- Proficient in using technology and software applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude, including experience with statistical analysis, frequency distributions, algebra, trigonometry, calculus, and data validation techniques
- Must be willing and able to travel more than 50% of the time, including overnight stays
- International travel is required
- Must be a U.S. citizen
