Support elements of program development, engineering testing, integration, flight-testing, production, system deployment, and post-deployment across the product lifecycle. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering, program, and product teams in an onsite role in Huntsville, AL. Get to know every aspect of the system and have a direct hand in making it all work together. Test event support may require travel up to 20%.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) obtained prior to start
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues in an academic or internship setting, including the use of common commercial test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.)
- U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- DoD Secret security clearance; active and existing security clearance required after day 1
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering, program, and product teams to support system integration and test activities
- Operate tactical systems and associated simulators/stimulators
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system anomalies through structured debugging and data-driven analysis
- Integrate hardware and/or software into a tactical system and evaluate the functionality and impact of these changes
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, execute test plans and procedures, analyze collected data, and clearly communicate results and recommendations
- Coordinate and interface with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and cross-program partners
- Travel up to 20% to support system integration, testing, vendor visits, and customer engagements
