About this role

Raytheon brings more than 100 years of engineering expertise to meet aerospace and defense needs. This onsite Manufacturing Engineer role at the RTX Diné Facility in Farmington, NM, supports mission-critical solutions. U.S. citizenship is required for program access.

Design, control, and improve manufacturing processes through collaboration with multi-disciplined teams. Translate engineering design requirements into production, perform hardware defect analysis, and participate in corrective actions. Implement process controls to monitor performance and reduce cycle times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM)
  • Experience in manufacturing methodologies
  • Experience in Microsoft Office tools
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Preferred majors in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering
  • Knowledge of Technical drawing interpretation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Demonstrated hands-on mechanical aptitude with innovative mindset
  • Proven written and oral communication skills
