About this role

Design, control, and improve manufacturing processes through collaboration with multi-disciplined teams. Translate engineering design requirements into production, perform hardware defect analysis, and participate in corrective actions. Implement process controls to monitor performance and reduce cycle times.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM)
- Experience in manufacturing methodologies
- Experience in Microsoft Office tools
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Preferred majors in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering
- Knowledge of Technical drawing interpretation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Demonstrated hands-on mechanical aptitude with innovative mindset
- Proven written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
