About this role
Help make tomorrow's aviation more efficient and safer by developing innovative ideas and solutions for the next generation of Single Aisle aircraft. As part of a dynamic team, support suppliers and aircraft manufacturers in production. Ensure smooth workflow in preparing and executing work steps in aircraft production.
Create work plans (APL) and technical documents like SOIs based on drawings and BOMs. Read, interpret, and evaluate technical drawings including surface protection and tolerances. Develop detailed process descriptions and Control Plans.
Validate documents and work plans via the PPV process to meet all requirements. Prepare and moderate multifunction meetings like RVPs and PFMEAs, following up on actions. Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering, production, and quality teams.

Requirements
- Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or suitable technician training (aviation focus)
- Professional experience in aviation, ideally in structure assembly, equipment or FAL
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite and SAP
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written
Responsibilities
