Requirements

Completed degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent technician-level training
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
Professional experience in manufacturing/production, ideally in aircraft manufacturing and production planning/control
Experience in creating SOIs (Standard Operating Instructions)
MTM knowledge required
Hands-on mentality
Solution-oriented approach

Responsibilities

Act as interface between Design Office and Production, creating all relevant manufacturing documents including orders and production aids
Perform time-based evaluations including optimization of work processes
Exchange with Design Office to coordinate technical executions for manufacturing and assembly
Continuously optimize and develop existing processes and workflows
