About this role

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior Model-Based Systems Engineer to join our USMC contract. We assist Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) ensuring material solutions are system engineered, integrated, interoperable, and certified to provide warfighters required equipment. ManTech conducts detailed systems engineering analysis and establishes technical policies across the Command.

Support MBSE-related technical and strategy discussions while developing Digital Engineering Models and Marine Corps compliant systems engineering artifacts with Senior Engineer oversight. Participate in multiple systems engineering projects accurately representing stakeholder interests. Consolidate and report project status updates and issues to keep initiatives on track.

Provide technical support to MBSE development projects, including communicating Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events. Responsibilities

  • Support MBSE-related technical and strategy discussions
