About this role

Play a key role in delivering innovative aerospace system engineering solutions that support complex aircraft platforms. Work across the full engineering lifecycle, from requirements definition through to system integration and verification. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring robust designs and compliance with aerospace standards.

Develop and manage system requirements ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to the definition of system architecture and interface specifications for aerospace systems. Support integration, verification, and validation (V&V) of system-level designs.

Work closely with design, electrical, and mission systems engineers to ensure alignment across disciplines. Apply systems engineering methods in line with aerospace regulatory and certification standards. Provide technical input into reviews, ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience applying systems engineering principles in aerospace or defence environments
  • Proficiency with requirements management tools such as DOORS
  • Knowledge of system architecture, integration, and V&V methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
  • Eligible for UK EYES ONLY security clearance
