Engage with Operations, Design, Test, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to manage production issues in the CCA assembly process. Resolve production issues daily, initiate process improvements, cost initiatives, and cycle time reduction projects. Develop manufacturing process documentation in a dynamic team environment.

Attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational skills, and an innovative approach contribute to success. Work involves electronic hardware assembly and testing in advanced production space. Extensive on-the-job training supports role performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date
  • Active and existing security clearance required on day 1
  • U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

  • Translate engineering design requirements into formal manufacturing process documentation
  • Disposition discrepant hardware
  • Lead corrective action investigations to prevent recurrence
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing processes
  • Resolve production issues in CCA assembly process
  • Initiate process improvement and cost initiatives
  • Coordinate across disciplines and suppliers on technical matters
