Lead customer projects independently to implement solutions and strategies in Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sustainability. Represent the portfolio to customers and within the company. Create concepts, conduct technology and solution consulting, identify optimization potentials, and support implementation from first contact to rollout.

Requirements
- Completed technical degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge in Industrialization, Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sustainability
- Experience leading projects, ideally in Aerospace with focus on Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sustainability
- Highly motivated with a team player mentality
- Enjoy working with multicultural teams and in transnational project structures
- Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written
Responsibilities
- Work on project assignments in Aerospace with focus on Manufacturing, Logistics, Industrialization, and sustainable solutions
- Lead customer projects independently to implement solutions and strategies in Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sustainability
- Represent the portfolio to customers and within the company
- Create concepts and conduct technology and solution consulting
- Identify optimization potentials and support introduction and implementation of solutions
- Lead projects from first customer contact to rollout
- Advise the production department on implementing improvement approaches
