Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Automated Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management
Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the aeronautical industry (Asset)
Assets in human resources management within the framework of matrix project management
PMI certification (asset)
Good analytical mind
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a great sense of organization
Fluent in English and French both written and spoken

Responsibilities

Evaluate and propose cutting-edge technological acquisition opportunities for the machining, sheet metal, composite, and assembly sectors
Define the strategy for carrying out projects: content, scope, resources, deadlines, costs, risks, quality management, communications, and training
Manage the activities of development project phases: feasibility study, project mandate and business plan, acquisition, implementation and production start-up
Manage the budget, schedule, and resources in all phases and prepare progress reports to management
Align the work of resources involved and act as the interface between different matrix services
Manage client expectations and change requests within projects
Develop risk management and mitigation plans
Participate in problem solving, recovery plans, and continuous improvement of project management processes
