Lead customer projects independently to implement solutions and strategies in manufacturing, logistics, and sustainability. Represent the portfolio to clients and within the company. Create concepts, conduct technology and solution consultations, identify optimization potentials, and support solution introduction.
Guide projects from first customer contact to rollout while professionally advising production departments on improvement implementations. Requirements
- Completed technical degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge in relevant solution portfolios for industrialization, manufacturing, Lean manufacturing, logistics, and sustainability
- Experience leading projects, ideally in aerospace with focuses on manufacturing, logistics, and sustainability
- Highly motivated with team player mentality and enjoyment of multicultural teams and transnational project structures
- Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
