About this role

The Aerospace Electronics department designs and produces an extensive range of electronic and software solutions for aerospace and defense. We seek a skilled and passionate electronics engineer to develop next-generation airborne engine controllers. These will increase electronics' contribution to aircraft and shape electric avionics.

In this role, you will design power electronic devices to monitor and drive medium and high-power electric motors and solenoids. This includes control logic, inverters, and power stages for aerospace applications. You will create solutions for leading players in the aerospace market.

You will participate in international and multi-site projects with a strong team. Follow routine procedures and best practices in engineering tasks. Operate effectively in diverse, global project environments.

Requirements

Bachelor or Master of Science degree in electronics or related
1-4 years of experience in electronics engineering
Experience in analog and digital circuits design
Knowledge of fundamentals of electric motors and drive systems analysis, modeling and control
Practical knowledge of simulation tools (PSpice or similar) and design tools (Mentor Graphics, Altium)
Experience using common lab tools including Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers
Ability to operate in international project teams
Good English and Polish language skills to explain technical topics

Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements and derive suitable hardware solutions
Support creation of the electrical concept and schematics
Run simulations and analysis of designed circuits
Perform component selection and Bill of Material preparation
Create test plans, define test setups, execute tests, and prepare reports
Run evaluation tests on prototypes and verify hardware against requirements
Participate in international and multi-site projects
Create product documentation including deratings, performance specifications, and inputs for reliability assessment
