About this role

At ACE Thermal Systems, we design, engineer, manufacture, and support high-performance environmental control systems for extreme temperatures. As your single source dedicated supplier, we deliver safe, reliable air control technologies for aircraft, acting as a key extension of your team.

The Program Manager sets production schedules and coordinates with external business customers to keep tasks on pace. This involves planning deliverables, managing schedule adherence, and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, company management, and customer objectives. You will own the business plan and have financial and schedule authority for program deliverables.

You will lead Integrated Product Teams for specific contract programs and manage risks across all program aspects. The ACE team provides intelligent innovation and proven design methodologies for aerospace and defense.

As Program Manager, you will support new program production planning of development, qualification and flight test hardware. This role offers the chance to drive innovation and exceed customer expectations while managing program changes and budget impacts. You will also update KPIs and track program progress to ensure success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
  • 3 or more years of experience in Program Management, Engineering or other applicable roles.
  • Must be able to travel domestically up to 5% of the time.
  • Able to work onsite in Seminole, OK.
  • Proven ability to manage production schedules and coordinate with external customers.
  • Experience managing program budgets, schedules, and risks.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement Program Management Plans.
  • Interface with customers to manage deliverables, contractual commitments, specification requirements, gate reviews, schedule status, and production forecasts.
  • Establish program schedules and manage schedule adherence.
  • Establish Integrated Product Teams for specific contract programs and deliverables.
  • Manage program changes and impact to budgets and business cases.
  • Manage program risks for all aspects of the programs assigned.
  • Manage new program production planning of development, qualification and flight test hardware in conjunction with Engineering and NPD Manufacturing.
  • Support Engineering in Test Readiness Reviews, Test Planning, design changes, and other aspects as required.
