Sentar is seeking a Systems Engineer in San Diego, CA supporting Airborne Networking and Advanced Development Technical Support. This position is pre-award and is contingent on contract award.

The role focuses on systems engineering for complex airborne platform-based systems, including airborne, communications, or mission-critical systems. Perform system design, integration, testing, or fielding activities. Handle requirements development, verification, and validation processes.

Support installation, certification, or operational test activities within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) or cross-functional engineering environments. Collaborate on technical efforts addressing cybersecurity, intelligence, analytics, and systems engineering convergence. Engage in a thriving and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in systems engineering supporting DOW or complex airborne platform-based systems
  • Experience supporting airborne, communications, or mission-critical systems
  • Experience in system design, integration, testing, or fielding
  • Experience with requirements development, verification, and validation
  • Experience supporting installation, certification, or operational test activities
  • Experience working within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) or cross-functional engineering environment
