
About this role
Join the Ansys Customer Excellence team to support customers on real-world engineering simulation projects and integration of Ansys software in design workflows. As an engineer on the Digital Mission Engineering team, provide technical post-sales support and solutions to technical challenges. Use products such as Systems Tool Kit (STK), Orbit Determination Tool Kit (ODTK), and Test and Evaluation Tool Kit (TETK).
Deploy the full Ansys Technical Support Toolset combined with engineering expertise to help customers solve problems. Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful adoption of Ansys software. Develop subject matter expertise in STK, ODTK, TETK, and DME components.
Work as part of a positive, dynamic team of engineers based in Exton, PA, striving to deliver highest quality solutions. Channel customer feedback to internal leadership for product improvements. Participate in field testing of new releases to meet customer requirements.

Requirements
- BS in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- BS + 0 years professional experience in an engineering software environment
- Demonstrated use of relevant Ansys software or knowledge of other commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, PLM software packages
- Coursework or work experience in astrodynamics, orbit determination, trajectory optimization, and/or attitude determination and control systems
- Engineering knowledge to provide technical support for simulation projects
- Ability to channel customer feedback for product enhancements
Responsibilities
- Deploy and exploit the full Ansys Technical Support Toolset to assist customers in solving engineering problems
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and success enabling usage, deployment, and adoption of Ansys software
- Develop subject matter expertise and specialization on Ansys products including STK, ODTK, TETK, and DME components
- Submit suggestions for product improvement, file defect reports, verify fixes, and participate in field testing of new releases
- Support sales and marketing by conducting demonstrations, webinars, online training, and other meetings
- Participate in strategic team and company initiatives as needed
