As an Aerospace Systems Engineer, you will design and engineer the overall systems infrastructure including engineering, implementation, integration, and technical services and support. You will design, implement, install, maintain, and administer infrastructures including hardware, software, and various configurations. This role directly impacts the history of space exploration.

We are collaborators, doers, and problem-solvers relentlessly committed to a culture of safety. The position requires detailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight. Work with others to establish and improve processes and procedures.

Choose between Direct Hire across Business Units or the New Graduate Rotation Program with three four-month rotations across New Shepard, New Glenn, and more. Gain hands-on experience and mentorship before transitioning to your best team fit. Applications reviewed on a rolling basis starting early September.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or early career in aerospace engineering
  • Knowledge of systems engineering principles for space vehicles
  • Familiarity with hardware and software infrastructures
  • Understanding of integration and technical support processes
  • Commitment to safety and detailed attention to repeatable flight
  • Ability to collaborate on process improvements
  • Interest in reusable space systems development

Responsibilities

  • Design and engineer the overall systems infrastructure including engineering, implementation and integration
  • Provide technical services and support for aerospace systems
  • Design, implement, install, maintain, and administer infrastructures including hardware and software
  • Manage various configurations for space vehicle systems
  • Work with others to establish and improve processes and procedures
  • Contribute to safe and repeatable space flight operations
  • Support business units like New Shepard, New Glenn, and Lunar Permanence
