ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services. The Mid-level Test Systems Engineer performs Application, System and Integration Testing across the National System of Geospatial-intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-intelligence (ASG) and Federal Agencies. This ensures timely and accurate GEOINT delivery.
Mid-level Test Systems Engineers conduct test and evaluation across NSG, ASG and Federal Agencies environments. They test applications and APIs in DevOps pipelines using government and industry best practices for quality assurance. Independent integration testing verifies system software or hardware compliance with requirements.
Duties involve planning and executing manual tests alongside automated test scripts with scripting and programming languages. The role supports technical investigations for defects found during testing activities. Work occurs in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures for large complex System of Systems or SOA environments.

Requirements
- TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or related equivalent additional experience of 4 years with no degree or 2 years with a non-STEM degree
- 6+ years of systems integration experience working in government or industry integrating large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture environments residing in cloud, on premise, or hybrid infrastructures
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- Experience with traditional, Agile, and DevOps development practices and associated testing strategies
Responsibilities
- Perform test and evaluation across the National System of Geospatial-intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-intelligence (ASG) and Federal Agencies
- Perform testing of applications and application programming interfaces (APIs) in DevOps pipelines utilizing quality assurance measures established by the government and industry best practices
- Perform independent integration testing on the system software or hardware to determine the system’s compliance with specified requirements
- Plan and execute manual tests, and automated test scripts using scripting and programming languages
- Support technical investigations for defects discovered during test activities
