Responsible for industrialization and optimization of manufacturing processes on your scope, develop and qualify fabrication ranges for new products. Pilot fabricability analyses, propose technical solutions to secure productions, and participate in defining tools, means, and workstations. Redact technical documentation including manufacturing dossiers, work instructions, process AMDEC, and control plans.
Analyze industrial performances in quality, costs, and deadlines, leading non-conformity reduction actions. Implement Lean approaches like 5S, Kaizen, VSM, DMAIC with on-site teams. Conduct process optimization projects involving automation, robotization, and digitalization.
Provide daily technical support to production teams and contribute to root cause analyses such as 8D and RCA for complex problem resolution. Participate in internal and external audits for quality, processes, and clients. Thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment with rigor and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Graduated from an engineering school or Master (Bac+5) in electronics, industrialization, or methods
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing project management and/or aeronautical defense sector
- Knowledge in electronics
- Knowledge of quality standards
- Skills in creating/modifying assembly or fabrication ranges, nomenclatures, and associated technical documentation
- Skills in continuous improvement tools; Lean/Green Belt appreciated
