About this role
Join an integrated team of engineers supporting the technical advancement and modernization of airborne systems. As a mid-level avionics engineer, analyze, assess, and help optimize avionics architectures, subsystem performance, sensor integration, and mission-support electronics. Apply engineering judgment, structured analysis, and disciplined systems engineering practices to generate data-driven insights that inform decision-makers.
Develop technical assessments, conduct trades, and contribute to integration reviews. Support the verification of avionics subsystem behavior across mission scenarios. Work will be advisory in nature and aligned with Federal guidance on avoiding inherently governmental functions.
Collaborate within a team focused on airborne systems modernization. Leverage experience with avionics engineering to produce technically clear, compliant engineering documentation. Engage with modeling tools and avionics system architectures including communications, navigation, and sensors.
Advance your career in a dynamic environment supporting DoD airborne programs. Gain exposure to digital engineering practices and system safety considerations. Join Booz Allen Hamilton where the world can’t wait.
