You will design and develop test stands for rocket engines and subsystems while selecting and integrating instrumentation, control, and data acquisition systems. Plan, execute, and safely operate test campaigns for engines and components, ensuring precise data collection under high-pressure conditions. Analyze test data to create reports and provide critical feedback to engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Space Engineering, Aerospace Engineering (M.Sc.) or similar
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience
  • Experience with rocket engines, test stands, high-pressure systems or cryogenic fluid systems
  • Safety-conscious mindset and the ability to work under pressure during live tests
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proactive thinking, high level of motivation, flexibility, and team-working skills
  • Proficiency in both German and English

  • Design and develop test stands for rocket engines and subsystems
  • Select and integrate instrumentation, control, and data acquisition systems
  • Plan, execute, and safely operate test campaigns for engines and components
  • Analyze test data, create reports, and provide feedback to engineering teams
