About this role

Chabez Tech seeks System Engineers with knowledge of DO-178, DO-254, and DO-160 standards for full-time hybrid roles in Pune. Work involves 3 days from the office and 2 days from home after probation. Two positions available with relocation expenses reimbursed.

Focus on system development following industry recognized processes like ARP4754. Apply Systems Engineering principles including interpreting and writing requirements, system architectures, and designs. Manage requirements validation and verification throughout the lifecycle.

Engage with aerospace components such as Transformer Rectifier Units, Power Conditioning Units, DC-DC Converters, Magnetics, Battery Chargers, Landing Gear Control Systems, Door Systems, and Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems. Utilize familiarity with multi-physics modeling like Simulink and circuit analysis for power supply topologies.

Support software development lifecycle processes. Leverage working knowledge of requirements management tools like DOORS. Grow in an environment committed to EEO guidelines with confidential information handling.

Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years experience with 5 years of relevant work experience
  • BA or BS Degree in an engineering discipline; Masters or PhD preferred
  • Experience of system development following ARP4754
  • Familiarity with DO-178, DO-254, and DO-160
  • Understands Systems Engineering principles including requirements, architectures, and designs
  • Knowledge of requirements management, validation, and verification
  • Familiarity with multi-physics modeling (Simulink), circuit analysis, and power supply topologies
  • Working knowledge of requirements management tools like DOORS highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Develop systems following industry recognized processes such as ARP4754
