In the 12-month Systems Engineering Placement, you'll gain invaluable skills covering all aspects of systems engineering from requirements capturing, system design and verification. Your work contributes to advanced jet engines, components, and integrated systems powering commercial and military aircraft. Be part of a team embracing your drive, curiosity, and unique ideas.

You could help gain and maintain network connectivity, provide support services to customers, or drive process improvement using IT systems internally. Tasks involve working across the systems engineering lifecycle in areas like control systems or power distribution. Liaise with external and internal stakeholders at various stages.

Join a multi-disciplined team of engineers reporting to the Control Systems Engineering Manager, or work in Power Systems and Software functions. In Test Systems NPI, operate safely in TE Sustainment Lab Space and drive metrics for project complexity and progress. Support Allocated Business Units on corrective actions, managing technical content.

Within the Systems Engineering team for Avionics Displays and Controllers, capture stakeholder expectations and implement change management on requirements, design, integration, and testing. Requirements

  • Pursuing engineering degree with systems focus
  • Knowledge of requirements capturing and management
  • Understanding of system design and verification processes
  • Familiarity with control systems engineering principles
  • Awareness of power systems and avionics integration
  • Ability to handle test systems sustainment in lab environments
  • Skills in stakeholder liaison across engineering lifecycle
