Le Haillan, FR · Internship · €18,000 – €25,000

About this role

As a Fluidic System Design Intern, you will contribute to the design, development, and validation of fluidic subsystems for our hybrid rocket engine. Your role combines theoretical modelling, analysis, and hands-on testing to optimize fluidic architectures and characterize components. You will collaborate closely with propulsion, avionics, mechanics, and AIT teams.

Optimize and upgrade fluidic test facilities to validate flight-model valves under various operating conditions. Specify and perform experimental tests to characterize valve actuators and other fluidic equipment. Participate in processing and analysis of data from multiple test campaigns.

Join the #SpaceBakers team at HyPrSpace, where innovation, collaboration, and humor blend in a test and learn philosophy. Immerse yourself in the full lifecycle development of a launch vehicle with a patented hybrid rocket engine technology. Work directly impacts trajectory towards success in the vibrant surroundings of Bordeaux.

Experience rapid skill development through an iterative, hands-on approach. Enjoy flexible working conditions and equity through the BSPCE stock option plan. Your ideas take flight in an environment prioritizing groundbreaking advancements in space propulsion.
