Lead installation and maintenance of heavy duty and aero gas turbine products at customer sites. Troubleshoot issues, ensure safe and compliant installations, and provide technical direction to teams and skilled labor. Oversee overhauls, commissioning, and prepare technical documentation and reports.

Work closely with diverse customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams while onsite worldwide, including offshore facilities. Demonstrate customer service-orientation, guiding through tough decisions.

Requirements

Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment
Have experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar)
Display a solid customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisions
Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding
Have excellent command and understanding of verbal and written English and Italian and hold an EU Passport
Be ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities

Responsibilities

Provide technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labour to ensure safety, compliance and quality
Oversee overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Gas Turbine products at customer sites
Prepare and update technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams
Ensure internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standards
Lead installation and maintenance activities onsite with customers
Troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations of rotating equipment
